An astounding result for the women's race at #berlinmarathon2022. Tigist Assefa runs 2:15:37 and is now the #3 woman of all-time.
Beyond proud! Way to go team!
Women supporting women 🙌
🇺🇸 women marathoners @SaraHall3, @emmajbates and @KeiraDAmato deliver for the home crowds! All three cross the finish line in the top 10 finishing 5th, 7th and 8th respectively.

For all the men telling us women to stand up and fight. Let me be blunt. You are half this equation and YOU need to stand up and fight. We've been doing this all along. #doyourpart #youarepartoftheequation #dontputthisonus #showuporshutup
Knew the @KellyClarksonTV premiere was going to be fun! Didn't know it would be so emotion packed. From start to that amazing final tribute. Just what this Monday needed. #welcomeback #allthefeels #yourkidsareamazing #keepbeingyou

This is cult behavior. The lack of critical thought. The groupthink mentality. We have to deal with this for the serious threat it is. – at Los Angeles, CA
You can always count on @DanRather to bring true heart, compassion, and truth to all things. His insight is spot on and needs to be read by all who had anything to say about @Simone_Biles and other such judgements.
The Olympics may be over, but I'm still in awe of @Simone_Biles My thoghts here: steady.substack.com/p/a-prof….

Holy 🥵 heat advisories! If I see any of you awesome athletes out for a midday run, you'll have me to contend with! Be smart, get up early, get it done! Dial back the distance & go silly slow. Safety over sanity runs no matter what! #coachtsays #trainsmart #hydrate #ct3racing
In awe. Just complete awe. Way to rule and inspire @Simone_Biles ! #GymTrials21
I can’t believe I made my 6th games! If my 15 year old self could have foreshadowed the future, I would have told myself I am so proud of you ❤️You have faced so many challenges and it sure has not been easy but you did it. You over came and beat the odds. @TeamUSA @NBCOlympics
That my first thought as the verdict was announced was to take a simple breathe - which is exactly what George Floyd deserved within seconds of his taking. Justice in the moment can only be celebrated if we demand and see it continue. #blacklivesmatter #JusticeforGeorgeFloyd

So if @MSNBC is doing so well in the ratings - imagine if they aired the daily briefings from the @WhiteHouse @PressSec daily like they did any time provided in the last admin. Truth deserves air time. #MSNBC #MSM #truthtopower
I know it's not quite #tbt but with all the snow flurries in the forecast these days I had to smile when these photos popped up in my memories. Snow is just as fun as the warm spring sun so layer up and get it done! #elementstraining #ct3racing #WearAMask

Trump is guilty. He knows it. His lawyers know it. The Republicans know it. Whether they choose to hold him accountable, looking out for themselves or Democracy, remains to be seen.
