Our sport is in serious trouble long term.
It’s long overdue for every coach in every event area at every level to come together and save the long term future of our sport.
This has nothing to do with performances or medals. Coaches and athletes continue to shine in the field and on the track.
This is about the value and sustainability of what we do, the monetary value of the athletes, coaches, officials, DOPs, etc.
This is not about separating the haves from the have nots. The sport does not solely belong to the elites in our sport.
This is about us and how we create a better present and build a better future for the people in our sport.

NEW: Indiana Fever player Sophie Cunningham has gained over 530,000 followers on TikTok since tackling a Sun player who had fouled Caitlin Clark.
WNBA ratings are about to skyrocket.
Cunningham has become an overnight sensation after she yanked Sun player Jacy Sheldon to the ground, who had fouled Clark earlier in the game.
Clark had been ganged up on by multiple Sun players before the incident.
Cunningham was fined for the tackle, which Clark says she will cover, according to Athlon Sports.

Stepped up big time at conference. Still really raw at the event but she didn’t overthink it just went out and competed. She took corrections and made adjustments. It’s only 2 things I need you to do and that’s listen and NOT be scary. If you a dawg we’ll figure the rest out!
