A lesson. A strategy. A frontline takeaway. We Before Me in the Boardroom brings business thinking to life through real experience and the lessons my dad, Kenny, taught me about people and values. Leadership starts with people. We Before Me.

Donโ€™t worry about getting likes. Just focus on helping somebody. Thatโ€™s what matters. ๐Ÿ‘ #WeBeforeMe

You donโ€™t need another motivational speech. You need to keep the promises you make to yourself. Get up. Move. Learn. Think. Act. Nobody can do the work inside your head for you. Develop yourself. Every single day. WE BEFORE ME. ๐Ÿง ๐Ÿค

Read this last night. An enjoyable, moving read on Hull, Sport and Coachingโ€™s role in shaping standards and work ethicโ€”resonating with my own experiences. The final chapter offers a deeply human perspective on Alzheimerโ€™s. Thank you for sharing @CoachWindley

The "We before Me" ethos isn't just for the pitchโ€”itโ€™s the ultimate blueprint for elite corporate execution. Proud to share the cover for Book Two: WE BEFORE ME: IN THE BOARDROOM. ๐Ÿ’ผ Culture wins games, and it wins business. Ego stops here. ๐Ÿš€ #WeBeforeMe #Leadership #HullFC

Develop the player, not just the drill. Drills are everywhere. Structure develops players. Fundamentals remain. Skills, movement and decision-making progress. The drill teaches the skill. The game teaches the player. ๐Ÿค

Your thoughts this morning matter. You donโ€™t control everything that happens today. But you do control how you think about it. Choose your thoughts carefully. Point to your head. Then go and make today count. #WeBeforeMe

If you aren't getting happier as you get older, you are doing it wrong. Stop chasing titles, gear, and corporate stress that drains your energy. Elite execution is about mastering what happens between your ears. Book 2 is at printers. Book 3 is locked. DM to secure your copy. ๐Ÿ‘Š

We Before Me. You can have all the knowledge in the world. But knowledge only becomes valuable when you use it. Learn. Think. Decide. Act. Reflect. Improve. The right tool, at the right time. Thatโ€™s where growth begins.

Really appreciate the support, Rob! Glad it resonated with you. Those Christmas Eve runs up the Brantingham hills built a different kind of character altogetherโ€”had to put it in the playbook! ๐Ÿ‰๐Ÿ‘Š
Great read love the tradition of the Brantingham hills on Christmas Eve @CoachWindley

WE BEFORE ME Gurus wonโ€™t make you calm. Mentors wonโ€™t make you rich. Trainers wonโ€™t make you fit. Ultimately, you have to take responsibility. Save yourself.

In the NRL, Newcastle have done brilliantly playing an attacking brand of rugby and moving the ball. I love seeing that. On the big occasion, it comes down to handling the mental side, trusting your skill, and keeping hold of the ball. Whoever completes highest wins it.

Looking forward to the Grand Finals. What was impressive with Wakefield last week was their ability to move the ball. By shifting it, they fatigued the Wigan forwards and found space. The biggest factor was keeping their errors so low. Discipline on the big stage is everything.

At 15, I worked the freezing Hull fish docks. The iron law: no matter how tired you were after a 10-hour shift, your bay had to be swept immaculate before you left. How you leave your corporate bay defines your respect for the team. Book One out now. DM for details. We Before Me.

Massive congrats to Newcastle, but the grit from Penrith is superhuman. ๐Ÿคฏ Nathan Cleary playing on a broken foot, Dylan Edwards with a ruptured PCL, & Isaah Yeo battling a torn pec. Rugby League players are built different. Warriors. ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ’ฅ #NRLFinals #NRL

A magnificent game plan, flawlessly executed by the team. Wigan panicked against the clock and let their discipline completely fall apart, while Wakefieldtrusted their structures and blew the champions away. Big games are won by executing the plan. ๐Ÿฆพ๐Ÿ”ฅ #SuperLeague

Wigan vs Wakefield is a masterclass in pure territorial physics. 8-6 at the break. No panic. Just two elite systems refusing to yield an inch. Big games are won on the dirt. ๐Ÿฆพ๐Ÿ”ฅ #SuperLeague #WiganWakefield #RugbyLeague
