💯
Just a reminder that basketball workouts are open to grades 6-12 in the High School! Spread the word and hit the gym! Everyday is always a good day to get better 🏀💪🏾#ECA

Loved getting to see these kiddos and watch our HS players build relationships with them! We may be small but we are mighty!
When 100% is the standard, your efforts creates ability!
Back at it! One of the best events I like to plan!
Residents outside of Independence are welcomed to register! Learning knows no county lines 😃
Camp registration is OPEN! May 25th is our deadline in order to receive a shirt but walk ins ARE welcomed.
Setting the standard young, let’s go, ladies!

We’re building, we’re young, and yes, we’re going to take some lumps.
Looking for programs in a similar spot that want competitive, meaningful games that make sense so both teams can develop together.

The Independence boys and girls basketball program are looking for a double header for this upcoming season. Contact myself or Matt Grendel. Let’s support both programs for both schools and have some FUN! 🏀

I was able to step away this week when I needed to the most which was one of the hardest, yet easiest decisions. Coach Rocco is the reason why! Thank you for giving me the peace of mind while away! I know the kids learned and had fun! 🏀

It’s been *quite* the year but together, we made it through. I’m proud of the work we were able to accomplish and the growth and success we got to see our kiddos achieve this year. It’s been one for the books! Year 13 out, 14 loading 🪫

Best of the best. Forever grateful for the guidance, mentorship, and friendship built over the last 15 plus years. A coaches impact goes beyond the court…. He will be missed.
A program with 11 girls… with multiple injuries (past and current) with a hard schedule… new staff…new systems…. Was able to battle through all of that and STILL make improvements from the previous year.
Come on… that’s special 🏀
