Pumped and grateful to get the invite to @GlazierClinics Charlotte in March to present five sessions on leadership, professional development, program building, and (of course) ball.
All they do is win. Four years of District 9 dominance will get one final chapter on Memorial Day for @braylonwagner2 and Jax.
Grateful to the family of Bob Tonkin for the creation of the Bob Tonkin Memorial Scholarship at RV.
Known as the “Father of Six Classes” for his ability to get the passage of 6 PIAA classifications, Mr. Tonkin taught/coached at Redbank Valley.
Congrats to Carson & Quinn.

As an AD, when I meet with coaches at the start of the year, I always ask “What’s your team goal?”
Many say “State Championship” because they think that is the answer I want.
My next question is “Do you have state championship talent?” Most say no.
That is when I remind them the best programs build by setting attainable goals, hitting them, and growing from there. Championship programs are built step by step, not declared in a meeting.
As our opportunities to speak at clinics have increased, we believe what’s drawing our crowds is our willingness to speak the small-school language.
We have virtual & in-person options to help provide guidance and instruction no matter where you’re located.

Six hours of presenting to Michigan educators and coaches about how we plan, instruct, and develop our Dogs is in the books.
Football has been too good to me.
Thanks to @GlazierClinics for having me.
