Recruiting has been, and always will be, the lifeblood of College Football. It just looks different now than it did only 5 years ago. Educating the HS recruit/family is more important now than ever!

Most will view this as stupid idiotic coach, zero emotional intelligence however watch the player look him in the eye and shake his head yes sir. Good players want held to a certain standard regardless what society may tell us.
Winning in life still requires toughness and accountability.

Coaching the average MS/HS athlete how to properly squat 10 years ago was a lot easier than it is today.
I will also throw skipping, hopping, push ups etc.. into the mix.
Its wild how many MS/HS kids have Coordination, mobility restrictions.
We live in an era with skill development being shoved into kids faces 24/7 all while BASIC Physical literacy baselines are not being met.
Then we ask ourselves why injury rates are going up.
