Coaches: always let your team vote for captains. Who you think is a leader, isn’t always who the team wants to follow.

Also joining our staff in a support role is Alex Robson @CoachARobson. Alex brings great energy day in and day out. Super detailed, organized, great with video software, and can handle any operational task thrown his way. He’s taken on some media skills as well since joining us. We’re glad he made the choice to come down here and is a guy every staff needs! Welcome to USM! 🧃

I get the opportunity to mentor and pour into young people each day. It’s surely something I don’t take for granted. Excited to attack the week ahead and continue growing with our group. Thankful for it all 🙏

You know how you hear pass first pg’s are extra not? Ask yourself this…If players are supposedly better and more talented, what would they look like if they had the table set for them? Common sense right? How many s others out there would love a pg like this?🤷🏽‍♂️

Young guards should study old tape of Kendall Marshall Amazing how many guards over dribble Hit the ball ahead, incentivize teammates to run hard, make perfect passes Being a point guard is not as simple as dribbling the ball down the floor
