CCEP and Aboitiz Equity Ventures Inc. have today announced they have entered into a definitive agreement to jointly acquire Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines, Inc. from The Coca-Cola Company.
The acquisition will build on CCEP’s successful expansion into Australia, the Pacific and Indonesia, and support our long-term growth strategy and focus on value creation.
The transaction is expected to close early next year.
