If Im not wrong leakers weren’t very accurate about the partnership four years ago. For example, no one leaked FUT until very last second.
I don’t think Riot has made a decision on any team yet. Meetings are just finished, so it’s pretty interesting how much misinformation we have already.. MY OPINION is, there will be MINIMUM 1 Turkish team. Obviously depending on their presentations, could be 2 as well.
