Just a couple more hours to go until the big game against Canada! LFG USA Rugby and punch that ticket to the quarterfinals! @XVFoundation #usarugby

I'm a huge fan of the @SoFloRFC fishing shirt! Incredibly comfortable and I love the built in ruler. Keep an eye on this Club. I really wouldn't mind seeing them try to make a run at qualification for 7s Nationals. We need a Florida team at that level!

#nationalcomingoutday was inaugurated on October 11, 1988 and remains an annual awareness day to celebrate and support the LGBTQ+ community. While not a member of that community myself, I know quite a few people who are and I think you're all pretty great.

The 4 day record for cheesesteaks eaten as a #phillies visitor was broken earlier by Mike Jasperson of the Rockies. Shout out to Coach J for the heroic performance and shout out to the Phillies for moving on in the playoffs! Let's goooooooo! mlb.com/news/featured/mlb-ph…

Very cool to see that Bake McBride earned a spot on the Wall of Fame this year. Those of you who went to Radnor might be aware of the fact that math teacher/coach Mike McBride was nicknamed Bake because of this dude. Go Phillies!

Happy #NationalCoachesDay to everyone putting in the work to grow their respective activities and help shape/mentor the participants who entrust themselves to you. I always love learning from Coaches Flan and Biddy and there's nobody I'd rather spend a rainy Sunday with!

September is my favorite rugby month for the variety of athletes/coaches that I get to work with. Middle/high school with Atlantis, Senior Club with Gryphons, collegiate/Senior Club with EPRU. I hope to keep seeing all of you around! #withyou #growthegame

#tbt to EPRU 15s training back in the spring. Always great to get to work with, and learn from, other coaches to sharpen the skills and gain new perspectives. If you're an EPRU women's collegiate/club player then I hope to have you in the program this spring!

That's right folks! I did have a copy of Red Night by @AlexanderDiegel in my book pile! I've also got a copy of Facemask Philosophy by @tmac2271! Swipe to pic 4 for an explanation from Neo Yokio for why I bought these books.
