Another mountain home now enjoying hashrate heated floors. This customer had an electric boiler to begin with. Bill stays the same - now just stacking sats along the way. Control, integration and execution from all of us @Exergy_LLC

American is a healthy 28 year old, he decided to skip paying for health insurance this year because the cheapest plan was $900 per month with a high deductible He had to spend 2 nights in the ER without insurance, he breaks down the bill “This is my receipt from spending 2 days in the hospital: - It totaled about $24,000 - My CT scan alone was $8,300 - Laboratory, 6,000 - IV therapy, $1,020, $4,000 in total And while $24,000 seems like a lot of money, let me show you something. This is what I'm actually paying, $2,478 because when you don't have insurance, these hospitals give you a discount. They discounted $22,000 off of this bill” “But if I had insurance, I wouldn't have gotten that discount. So it would've been a $24,000 bill billed to my insurance, and then my insurance would've said, ‘Hey, you have a $5,000 deductible. You need to pay $5,000 for this last emergency room visit.’ Then you tack on the $900 a month that I'd be paying for that insurance. I'd be paying $20K this year for healthcare. So the craziest part about this is even if I have another hospital visit, by the end of this year, I'm still gonna be paying less than I would if I had insurance. At minimum, my cost for healthcare this year would've been $20,000 with insurance. Right now I'm at $2,400.” US Health Insurance is a scam

Controlling miners as heaters has long been the challenge of many heatpunks. At the end of the day, they're designed to maximize hashrate, not follow a heat load profile. Analog and digital solutions exist, and each come with unique tradeoffs!

Dylan and I are working to make bitcoin miners smart home IOT devices. For hashrate heating. For solar monetization. For profitable mining when power is cheap. This requires connecting miners to other devices. Home Assistant was the missing link. Here's @tronsington's demo!

Heatpunk gadgets (space heaters) are known and loved. But heating appliances aren't as simple. Integration comes with hurdles. Eng drawings, inspections, BMS control, service, repair... Architects and Home Builders had a lot to say about buildings that heat with hashrate!

Hey @mcuban Bitcoin miners are heaters ! Slide in my DM and LFG! We have plenty more big ideas Bitcoin miners could also be chillers with the right equipment. HMU 🤙🏼

Sure … if you have 120V circuit (fancy way of saying regular outlet)? 30dB white noise tolerance and possible air filtering background heat equipment stylishly made? Electricity already intended for radiant heating (baseboard or other )? A family that likes staying warm While saving sats and decentralizing the network. Fixed it. Fix the money, fix the heating . 🤷🫡 Consider heatpunking instead!
Can you mine Bitcoin at home in 2026? Sure...if you have: -240V circuits -76 dB noise tolerance -6 cent/kWh electricity -very tolerant family Consider joining us instead!

Bitcoin is not a Ponzi scheme. A Ponzi requires a central operator promising returns and paying early investors with funds from later ones. Bitcoin has no issuer, no promoter, and no guaranteed return—just an open, decentralized monetary network driven by code and market demand.

so cool to see this out in the real world. Been saying this for years now, and I'm by no means the first. Heat first, then bitcoin.
Heat is not a problem. It's a product. Our engineer built his house heated by hashrate. Inspired by our free e-book Bitcoin Mining Heat Reuse 🔥

Loving our new @heatbit_com Canvas at the office. 10 TH, running just over 200 W. It heats via radiation, not convection or conduction. Meaning the surface is warm. Effectively silent. Feels like you’re sitting in the sun. More efficient heat transfer. So rad!

ASIC manufacturers are reporting earnings by "Industrial", "Home" and "Self-mining" categories - and you think mining is doomed? 850% growth in the "home" category. People want hashrate heaters.
FY2025 (unaudited) snapshot: $529.7M revenue (+121% YoY) + $41.2M gross profit (+149% YoY). Revenue mix: Industrial $386.7M | Home $24.6M | Self-mining $113.2M. 2025 compute sold: 36.5 EH/s | BTC treasury: 1,750 BTC. Read More: investor.canaan-creative.com…
