Last night we toasted our new DC office from the rooftop! Thank you to the friends, clients, and partners who came out to celebrate with us. 鈿★笍
Another reason why New York needs to elect @sarithaforny. 馃憞
Rebecca Kassay broke the law.
She sent $15,000 of your tax dollars to a nonprofit, and that nonprofit turned around and raised money for her campaign. Then the state matched those donations with even more of your money.
This morning I sent a letter to the Attorney General demanding an investigation.
It鈥檚 a classic Albany pay-for-play.

Early vote data from Pennsylvania is showing strong Democratic turnout in Philadelphia and its suburbs. Day 3 numbers: Philly up 12% vs 2022, suburban counties up 8-9%.
This tracks with what we're seeing in other key metros. The early vote advantage matters.

An update from the evil genius at @ColdSpark data, @RBonifay, the cast votes are now D+20.4 in party registration states. Slight trend in the GOP direction including 15 states where GOP has done better on pace since last week.

It's not an "apparent violation" it's an absolute violation of the law.

Even in Albany, most people know that you don鈥檛 give out taxpayer money in exchange for donations to your campaign. Rebecca Kassay either doesn鈥檛 know the law, or she doesn鈥檛 think it applies to her. I look forward to a full investigation by the Attorney General.

It's been nearly a year since we lost Zach, Kelsey, Vada Rose, and Samuel. Thank you for every prayer and every kind word. They've carried us through, and we wanted to share an update on our family and on Finn.

A happier time, throwback to McCormick's big upset win in 2024 by precinct in Pennsylvania.

While the trend line got better yesterday for NC Republicans, the early vote in person margin is still significantly worse than 2022 and 2024. The GOP will need to see large turnout numbers late to get this margin anywhere close to 2022 #ncpol

Early Vote in-person just eclipsed 1 million votes cast in Georgia, with 25K cast by 10:30 AM today. Currently, based on modeled partisanship, we have the early vote in-person margin at D+15.4%. When you include mail returns, that bumps up to D+15.6%. #gapol

Day two of in-person Early Voting showed the usual movement toward the GOP but at a smaller rate. The modeled margin is now D+17.1%. After day two in 2024 the margin was R+3.3%. After day two in 2022 the margin was D+8.5%.
Based on @ColdSpark internal partisanship modeling, yesterday was a huge day for Dems in Georgia. Day one of in-person Early Vote was D+19.2%. In 2024, day one was D+1.7%. In 2022, day one was D+11.9%.

Dems are clearly turning out at a higher rate in North Carolina so far. Almost a quarter of Democrats who voted early in 2022 have already voted in this election. More 2022 election day voters switched to voting early for Dems, but also non-2022 Dem voters. #ncpol

VBM returns margin by registered party in Pennsylvania had been tracking very closely to 2025 returns recently, but now we are starting to see some separation again. It is currently sitting at D+47.8%. This is more Dem than 2024 and 2025, but less Dem than 2022 and 2023

I am honored to receive the endorsement of the New York State Police Investigators Association, representing more than 3,000 active and retired members.
These men and women work every day to keep New Yorkers safe. I am grateful for their confidence and will be an Attorney General who prioritizes public safety, supports law enforcement, and holds dangerous criminals accountable.

More hot off the presses @ColdSpark data. 2020 mail + EV votes comapred to 2022 across the country. Yellow = low, white = high, blue = same.

Now I鈥檓 running for Attorney General because New Yorkers deserve that same determination when it comes to public safety here at home.
The mission is simple: Just Fight Crime.
