We were thrilled to welcome 15 teachers & administrators from Greenbrier County for a visit this week. It’s incredibly fulfilling to showcase the work MHS teachers and leaders have done to strengthen rigor, relevance, & engagement during our journey of being named a Model School!
We had a great visit from Barbour County this week where we were able to share our success as a @ModelSchoolsHMH through our PLCs, student engagement, and learning walks. It was a great opportunity to share ideas and celebrate the amazing teaching at Morgantown High School!
It was a pleasure presenting at the SAIL conference in Charleston, WV with Kristine Alvarez. We discussed student engagement through formative assessment and shared some of Morgantown High Schools recent successes with a roomful of amazing educators from across the state.

It was an honor to be named a Model School & present at the @ModelSchoolsHMH conference in Orlando with leaders from Morgantown High School and share our story how experience-based professional learning improved our collective efficacy, student engagement, & academic achievement.
Midwest Live was an amazing opportunity to show that @MohiganHoops can compete with and beat elite schools from across Ohio - which seems to have an endless supply of talent and well-coached teams!
Another big time win for the Mohigans today vs Toledo St. Francis de Sales! We were placed in tier 1 of the NCAA Midwest Live and played a lot of D1 talent. A couple massive wins this weekend. A great group of young men! We can’t wait to pick back up in the fall! #MidwestLive
