I have generated a word cloud of menopause symptoms based on a large survey of nearly 6,000 women we did recently - the larger words are the more common symptoms.

So this supports the NHS staff survey figures. Of the over 200 NHS organisations that have signed up to the sexual safety charter, I'd love to know which have actioned any type of active bystander training with staff, or reviewed their raising concerns policies to support people.
