Please, @SarahHuckabee, listen to @realDonaldTrump and @elonmusk about voting computers and outlaw these machines, which are built in China, from the state of Arkansas. Stop the witch hunt against those who want paper ballots. It’s in the @ARGOP and @GOP platforms. #arpx #joerogan #rogan #trump #president

What a shame
🚨 JUST IN: Right-wing Brazilian businessman and Flávio Bolsonaro ally Pablo Marçal ERUPTS outside Bolsonaro's election-night headquarters after Supreme Court Justice Cristiano Zanin — Lula's former personal lawyer — extended voting hours AFTER polls had already closed "The decision arrives at 5:04 p.m. without notification to the Electoral Court or any state court — the voting machines were already closed, and there is NO WAY to open a machine back up again!" "Who left their voting machines open past the deadline? The machines had to be closed and sealed at 5:00 p.m. sharp! I want to know which voting machines are still open — we have to put a MAGNIFYING GLASS on those machines!" "Only 17 cities were requested on one side [for storms] and Lula's party requested two — 17 plus 2 is 19. Now to leave all 5,569 cities in Brazil waiting is ABSURD!" "Whenever they are losing, they always act like this!" He nailed the biggest question of the night: why were ANY precincts still unsealed past 5PM when everyone who followed the law was already locked out? THIS IS A STRAIGHT UP COUP. RIGGING THE ELECTION. If Bolsonaro wins tonight it will be a comeback of the ages!

***THIS IS WHY THEY WENT AFTER ME, PUT ME IN PRISON AND WANTED TO KEEP ME THERE*** Lara Logan: So how important was what Tina Peters did in that process? Martin Rodil: Without her work and the collection she did, she was right on target. And that’s what she got punished. That’s what she got punished. In fact, one of the images that we used was Mesa County, Colorado. It was her county because her work. Tina: I was offered that ( to back down, recant what I said and saw) twice. And I just wouldn’t do it. And I remember you saying to me, what if this cost you your life? Do you remember that? Lara Logan: Of course. Tina: And what did I say? Tina: Then I’ll be with my son. Going Rogue with Lara Logan, Episode 100. Thank you @laralogan, Gary Berntsen, Martin Rodil, Ralph Pezzullo, Patrick Byrne, and General Flynn. Watch the full show

Early Voting is a giant glaring hole in election security. It's almost impossible to store voted ballots overnight before counting in a tamper-proof manner. The only secure method is to have ballots voted and cast on the same day with no overnight storage.

Q: “What is happening to protect future elections?” A: “Federal sources describe several steps aimed at future federal elections. States still run elections; the federal role is mainly law, grants, and enforcement. Executive orders • Executive Order 14248 (March 25, 2025) directs voter-eligibility checks, information-sharing with states, list maintenance under the National Voter Registration Act and Help America Vote Act, and limits on non-citizens in election administration. White House · fact sheet • Executive Order 14399 (March 31, 2026) directs a “State Citizenship List” for upcoming federal elections, SAVE/SSA verification, mail-ballot envelope identifiers, and prioritized investigation of alleged ineligible voting. White House · Federal Register The Congressional Research Service reports that about two dozen states have sued over E.O. 14399. Court outcomes were not verified here. CRS Citizenship checks and voter rolls • DHS’s SAVE program is used for citizenship verification; DHS has said states have run tens of millions of queries and referred potential non-citizen matches for investigation. DHS • DOJ’s Office of Legal Counsel has issued an opinion on obtaining and sharing statewide voter-roll data. DOJ OLC Mail ballots • The Postal Service issued a Ballot Mail for Federal Elections rule (effective Aug. 21, 2026) after E.O. 14399. Federal Register Equipment and grants • On July 10, 2026, DHS said homeland-security grant recipients must plan to move away from barcode/QR vote-counting systems toward hand-marked paper ballots. DHS Enforcement • DOJ continues charging alleged illegal voting and related crimes, and has held election-integrity enforcement briefings. DOJ • White House election-integrity materials and a DOJ/DHS enforcement map are at whitehouse.gov/election-inte…. Congress may still change election statutes; CRS notes bills such as H.R. 22 (SAVE America Act) as pending policy options, not current law. CRS For local rules (ID, mail ballots, poll hours), use your state election office.”

There are so many doomsday conservatives who seem to want us to fail in November just to be able to say they were right. Let’s work to make sure we preserve our republic instead of spreading doom and gloom.

They called you a conspiracy theorist. Then they released the paper that blows up their own story. The CIA just released a document that contradicts the CIA. Their own file on Venezuela and Smartmatic. Their own file called Smartmatic a U.S. national-security threat in 2006. It said Chávez wanted to stop a sitting American president. It described a 2012 Venezuela rigging plan: targeted machines, a set margin, built to beat an audit. The CIA’s source reported Chavez “congratulated” the team for rigging the election with the previously set margin. Then the CIA wrote “no large-scale fraud” next to it. Eleven years later, Smartmatic showed up in the U.S. to build L.A. County’s system for $282M — America’s largest election jurisdiction — just in time for the 2020 election. Now its executives are federally charged with bribery and money laundering on that contract. And we are the conspiracy theorists?? 🫨🤯 1/2

We also need to mitigate risks from domestic actors…
Secretary Hegseth is directing the Department of War to treat foreign election interference as a priority mission for the 2026 midterms. 🔥 In a Sept. 22nd memo to U.S. Cyber Command, NSA, DIA, and NGA, he ordered three things: 1. Prioritize intel and cyber work so foreign actors cannot meddle in U.S. voting systems. 2. Have the Defense Intelligence Enterprise collect and produce on foreign threats to the elections, within existing law and policy. 3. Have Cyber Command work with DHS to counter foreign cyber threats aimed at the elections. "As President Trump has emphasized, “free and fair elections are the foundation of our republic” and we must always work to protect our voting systems because “no country can be great without fair elections.”" "Freedom does not happen by accident. It requires constant vigilance, and today, that responsibility falls heavily on the DIE. I am therefore directing the entire DIE to mobilize every authorized asset, capability, and partnership under your command to defend our election infrastructure from foreign malign influence and ensure that every lawful voter can cast their ballot free from foreign intimidation, coercion, or fear. In America, the people rule — and we must ensure that their voice remains sovereign, secure, and entirely undiluted."

Paper ballots are the most widely trusted medium for recording votes, for good reason: they create a durable, tamper-evident, human-readable record of voter selections independently of the method used to count the votes. Hand counting votes from paper ballots is still common globally, providing a robust, immediate means of delivering on a universal design requirement of democratic elections to allow “independent scrutiny of the voting and counting process so that electors have confidence in the security of the ballot and the counting of the votes” [45]. link.springer.com/chapter/10…

Arkansas GOP runs off the best election commissioners in the state. SEARCY COUNTY ELECTION COMMISSION RESIGNS Sept. 18, 2026; Marshall, AR – All three members of the Searcy County Election Commission, both Republicans and one Democrat, resigned today due to concerns over inaccurate voter lists and potential unjust reprisal from the State Board of Election Commissioners. Earlier this year the commission, working with the state’s GIS office and strongly encouraged by the Arkansas State Board of Election Commissions, oversaw a redistricting effort that reduced the county’s election precincts from 15 to seven. The commission was assured the process of assigning voters to the newly designated precinct parts would be simple, straightforward, and easily accomplished within the given time frame. However, as coordinators began preparing ballots they noticed potential errors in voter distribution and precinct designations. When notified, the County Clerk’s Office, which is solely responsible for adjusting the voter list and precinct numbering, assured the commissioners that everything was correct and they could move forward with the ballot process. It soon became obvious there were significant errors and so the commission contacted the Secretary of State’s office and the State Board. Attempts to correct the many errors in the reassignment of voters and precinct parts put ballot completion two weeks late, pushing against several legal deadlines. In an emergency meeting between the commissioners and Chris Madison, director of the State Board, the commissioners expressed their concern that they could not be assured voters would be assigned the correct ballots. Since working in the voter database, Power Profile, is off limits to commissioners, they asked about their liability if voters were given the wrong ballots on election day. Madison pointed out that commissioners and clerks were equally responsible for providing correct ballots to the county’s voters and they would be held equally liable if the law was violated. After researching the relevant law, ACA 7-1-104(a)(13), the commissioners learned that “knowingly giving the wrong ballot” is a class D felony, punishable by up to six years in jail and fines of up to $10,000. Laurie Gross, chairman of the Searcy County Commission, said, “In most cases, and working on a level playing field, I would simply buckle down and do what I have been trained to do to ensure that did not happen. That is my job. However, over the past three years the State Board has, withheld important training and then punished us for not knowing obscure facts, falsely accused us, attempted to decertify us, and threatened to prosecute us for ethics violations they must have known did not occur. Although we have successfully defended against and been absolved of the Board’s accusations in the past, I cannot in good conscience risk another round of accusations, court appearances, attorney costs, and the incredible amount of time such activities steal from all the other responsibilities in my life.” Commissioner Ken Weekly said, “The Searcy County Election Commissioners and coordinators do not control or have direct access to the ES&S Power Profile program, nor can they enter this data or directly verify its accuracy. Access to the program and responsibility for accurate data entry rest with the County Clerk’s office. Although the Commission has no authority over the Clerk’s office we are still being held accountable for ensuring that every voter receives the correct ballot. Any violation of Arkansas Election Law can be construed as a Class D felony. I personally will not undergo a repeat of past allegations, accusations, and charges inflicted by the Arkansas State Election Commission that as a sole entity generates their own complaints, issues charges, then investigates, prosecutes, and sanctions county election commissioners.” #ARPX Read full release here: eepurl.com/oefBz73bdq
