CoU stands with the Players and People of Color, especially Women of Color who are going to have to endure the next four years having been told they are not worth protecting. We absolutely are and CoU will continue to highlight the joy and excellence that we possess.

This account runner is saddened by the endorsement by a plurality of Americans of the racially charged hatred and misinformation of the last several months and years. There were some moments of hope that suggested we would change as a country, but they were ephemeral.

If you want a replica jersey from the showcase, or would just like to support future Color of Ultimate events, visit vcultimate.com/collections/c…, and consider ordering from VC for your next kit.

We are eternally grateful to @vcultimate for providing the gorgeous jerseys for this event and many others. VC has been lovely to work with and have always been values-first. Thank you for adding racial diversity to your cause, and thank you always for supporting LGBT+ athletes.

We could see in real time one generation of ultimate players inspiring the next, and young players showing older players a brighter future. This is why we do these events.

Everyone in the world who plays ultimate and shares a deep passion for the sport deserves a chance to play at their highest level, and YOU can make that happen, despite economic differences that favor the U.S. and other powerful countries.

Local proceeds from food, drink, and merch that exceed the cost of the showcase will benefit Blue Devils club ultimate who face similar challenges.

"Since PAUC is taking place in the Dominican Republic, this year the cost of attending the event is more accessible to Dominican players. However, for some, the associated fee is still too great a cost."
