#Seahawks G Quenton Nelson will have surgery to clean out some cartilage in his knee, sources say, as fragments had been causing an issue recently.
The plan is for Nelson to avoid Injured Reserve, and his timeline is a few weeks. Seattle has two games, then a Week 11 bye.

This is definitely not the worst trade in NFL history. It's not even the worst trade in Colts history. Jeff George, Fredd Young @mchappell51 what do you think?
Iman Shumpert goes off on anyone calling for the NBA to shorten its 82 game season, arguing that players should focus on conditioning and changing how they play instead of reducing the number of games.
Shumpert points to legends like Michael Jordan, Karl Malone, John Stockton and Gary Payton, who played 82 game seasons, questioning why today’s players need fewer games. He believes the league should bring back more physical basketball, with players attacking the post, taking midrange shots, playing through contact and cutting down on flopping and exaggerated moves.
He also questions how much extra time players would actually gain from shortening the season, arguing that changing the way the game is played may be a better solution to the injury problem.

This is why it’s a problem! No reason anyone should be answering questions like this when he should strictly be focused on his role on the team
#Colts RB Jonathan Taylor, asked if his wife’s videos reflect his trade thoughts:
“No. … There are a lot of other wives and stuff on TikTok. But really everything out there … she’s getting the info from you guys.”
“It’s not anything like, “Hey, post this … and say this.’”
Lol this guy speaks with no confidence
#Colts QB Daniel Jones on what it’ll take for his preparation — which HC Shane Steichen praises — to match is production:
“I have built up a routine over a number of years and feel like I prepare well.”
That’ll help him “cut it loose Sunday,” which is his usual approach.
