3+ years into a pandemic, the general public is still generally confused about what to do when they test positive for COVID19.
So let me walk you through what I, an infectious disease epidemiologist public health nurse, am doing since I tested positive on a rapid antigen today.

After fasting, cold showers, using apps, slowly increasing activity, antihistamines, cutting coffee sugar and tasty food out, daily meditation, green tea, coq10, Vitamin d, L carnitine, niacin, breathing exercises and therapy I can say I'm still completely disabled.

It is immoral to tell immunocompromised, elderly, & higher risk people to stay home indefinitely or force them to risk their health. We shouldn’t accept the status quo. We have solutions that can help everyone return to some normalcy: masks, indoor air cleaning, better vaccines.
