Production value and value aren't the same thing.
Your audience doesn't know what the #video cost.
They don't know how many cameras you used.
And they probably don't care.
They care whether it helped them.
Sometimes the simplest video does the best job.
I used to think working hard meant doing more.
Now I think working smart is often deciding what doesn’t need doing at all.
I still work hard.
I’m just getting better at asking:
“Will this actually move something forward?”
If not, maybe it doesn’t deserve my time.
A leadership away day shouldn't just feel good in the room.
Two weeks later, people should still remember what was decided and what happens next.
That's where video can help keep the important stuff alive.

There’s a big difference between being trained and being ready.
Good onboarding shouldn’t just explain the job. It should show people what good looks like in the real world.
Train people. But prepare them too.

Companies don't always need more training.
Sometimes the real problem is connecting the learning to someone's actual job.
If people don't know what to do differently afterwards, what's changed?
Knowledge without context is just noise.

Just chilling in my Jordans thinking...
Are we communicating more, but actually saying less?
Good communication isn't about how much we put out.
It's about how much actually gets through.

Stop asking "Al or video?" Start asking "what behaviour am I trying to change?" Format isn't the problem. No one watching training, same customer questions, weak marketing these are objective problems, not tool problems. Outcome first, delivery second. #Communication
I stopped asking, "Can Al do this?" and started asking, "Should it?"
Speed vs. trust know the difference. #AI #MarketingTips #ContentStrategy #FutureOfWork
Every company has a "Dave" - the guy who knows everything but wrote nothing down. When Dave leaves, so do years of hard-won #knowledge.
Procedures tell you what to do. Experience tells you why. That's the part businesses need to start capturing before it walks out the door.
