Developed by Nevada HAND, this project brings 144 brand-new, energy-efficient affordable homes to the Southeast Las #Vegas Valley. There are units for low income families and some unique features. There are 60 units along with support services specifically for young adults transitioning out of foster care through Clark County Social Services Step-Up program. Clark County proudly contributed $13.1 million from the Community Housing Fund to help make this vital community a reality.
The new community features direct access to the Reimagine Boulder Highway walking and biking path!
Thank you to all the municipal and agency partners for coming together to address Southern Nevada's critical housing needs and making it a reality for those who need it the most. ❤️

1) In Commemoration of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we on the board got a chance to recognize prominent members of our community fighting against the disease at the Board of County Commissioners Meeting yesterday.
2) I was happy to recognize Las Vegas Breast Cancer Warriors, a support network of volunteers that have gone through or are currently going through breast cancer. Please watch the video on this post to learn more about this impactful organization.
