Teen Driver Safety Week begins today. @ClarkCountyNV, with support from @F1LasVegas, has launched the “Good 2 Go” campaign. We’re encouraging young drivers to get trained (with driver’s ed, supervised driving hours, etc.) and get licensed before taking to the road.

Launched today at three locations: microchip scanning stations! Starting now, if you find a lost or stray animal, you can be part of the solution and help get that pet back home quickly. These stations are easy to use and allow community members to scan animals for a microchip.

Escaping human trafficking is a critical first step, but reaching safety and accessing care can bring additional challenges.
At a press conference at LAS Airport’s Innovation Checkpoint, @RepSusieLee, @SenCortezMasto , Clark County Commission Chair @CommishNaft and Nevada Policy Council on Human Trafficking Co-Founder Lauren Boitel highlighted the proposed Jimmy Deal Trafficking Survivors Assistance Act. The bill would help survivors navigate air travel when they lack the identification required to fly.
The legislation honors late TSA officer Jimmy Deal, whose work helped survivors fleeing trafficking get to safety and reunite with loved ones.
