Airbnb is introducing new rules that limit the cleaning chores hosts can require guests to do. The policy applies to reservations booked on or after November 20. Hosts generally won’t be allowed to require guests to strip beds, wash and put away dishes, or take trash offsite. Simple requests, such as placing used dishes in the sink, will still be allowed. The policy also bans hosts from imposing their own fines and makes house rules easier to find before and during a stay. [📸: GETTY ]
