Matt Blake, the Yankees pitching coach, told my audience that the best pitchers are the best catch-play guys. , He named Kluber, Tanaka, Cole. Daily catch, done with intent, is where command lives. It is free, and almost nobody treats it as training.
Congratulations Andrew!
I am very excited to announce my commitment to Oakton College to continue my baseball and academic career. Congratulations to Alex Martinez on his All-Area nod. One of the best hitters to ever walk the halls at Conant.
Congratulations to Jacob Szpiganowicz on the honorable mention. Jacob’s season unfortunately ended 3 weeks early due to injury. Incredible player and leader.
