Information is not wisdom. We mistake data collection for true intellectual growth. To build a sovereign mind, the Upanishads outline a rigorous three-step framework: • Shravana (Reception): Listening with absolute presence, letting a primary text speak completely on its own terms. • Manana (Digestion): Aggressive, independent cross-examination. You stress-test the concept against your own logic until it satisfies your reason. • Nididhyasana (Assimilation): Meditative internalization. The concept shifts into your default baseline perception. You embody the insight. We live in a loop of endless reading, skipping digestion and integration. The result is a fragile intellect—loud opinions with shallow roots. Stop skimming. Digest one great insight.

Youngsters, please understand that one of the 𝗗𝗔𝗥𝗞𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗢𝗗𝗦 we had in the recent past was between 2004–14. Don’t use the excuse that you were 𝗞𝗜𝗗𝗦 back then! Look beyond what you think is wrong with the 𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗠𝗘 and remember the 𝗕𝗜𝗚𝗚𝗘𝗥 𝗣𝗜𝗖𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘. Nobody says the 𝗠𝗢𝗗𝗜 𝗚𝗢𝗩𝗧 is perfect, but believe me, Modi ji came as a 𝗛𝗨𝗚𝗘 𝗕𝗟𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗚 for Bharat. 🇮🇳 He has led the nation through some of its toughest times. 🔸 We were on the verge of 𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗗𝗚𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗚𝗢𝗟𝗗 to stay afloat. 🔸 We were labelled one of the world’s 𝟱 𝗙𝗥𝗔𝗚𝗜𝗟𝗘 𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗢𝗠𝗜𝗘𝗦. 🔸 Tërr0rïštš operated with alarming freedom. 🔸 𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗔 bullied us and kept nibbling away at our territory. 🔸 Strong 𝗠𝗔𝗡𝗨𝗙𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚, world-class 𝗜𝗡𝗙𝗥𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗘 and a powerful 𝗗𝗘𝗙𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗖𝗘 were distant dreams. Youngsters, ask those who lived through that era when: ▪️ 𝗦𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗦 seemed routine. ▪️ Welfare benefits often failed to reach the 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗨𝗔𝗟 𝗕𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗦. ▪️ 𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗨𝗦 felt their concerns were neglected and their civilisational identity was sidelined. ▪️ The Army faced criticism when it called for 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗢𝗡𝗚 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 against our enemies. ▪️ Tërr0rïštš 𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗔𝗖𝗞𝗦 kept shaking the nation. ▪️ 𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗨𝗦 and were portrayed by 𝗖𝗢𝗡g leaders as a greater threat than Tërr0rïštš and 𝗣𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗡. HOW MOST NATIONS ARE AFFECTED BADLY DUE TO THE ONGOING WARS BUT BHARAT IS MANAGING WELL? THINK ABOUT IT. The list goes on. 🇮🇳 𝗡𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥 𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗚𝗘𝗧 𝗪𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘 𝗪𝗘 𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗘 𝗙𝗥𝗢𝗠. We may criticise the present government, but let’s NEVER forget 𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗙𝗔𝗥 𝗕𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗧 𝗛𝗔𝗦 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗘 in the last 12 years. 🇮🇳🙏 @dreamzblue75 @PunekarSays @Anupama88522904

I simply can't fucking believe this is happening. How the hell is the Islamisation of the world allowed to happen everywhere? In Israel, of all places, a party whose Muslim leader refuses to recognise Hamas as a terrorist group has more seats in parliament than Jewish Israeli nationalists, after Hamas's massacre!!!! In the US, Muslim Brotherhood candidates are running for the senate, with the full backing of the Democrats. And, Western Europe is entirely captured by the Muslim Brother and Jihadists! What the fucking hell is wrong with you all? Are you so despicable and cowardly that you're literally allowing the scum of the earth yo take over your countries? What the fuck is happening? Did you look at places like Iraq and Lebanon and decided "ah, we'd love to be like these countries"? This is sickening!

Short Story.. Once upon a time, there was a ruler called, @MamataOfficial who threw common people into jail by denying them free speech guranteed under article 19. In one instance, she even sent her police force across 5 States to capture a student. After she lost power, she started supporting free speech for Vadras and Gandhis under same article 19. And she kept blaming SIR, Vote Chori, Blah, blah for losing power..! End for her... Sorry End of story..!

Exactly. Most people keep hunting for better stones instead of staying with one long enough for the actual work. The carving is Manana ; deliberate pressure until the concept no longer wobbles under scrutiny. The polishing is Nididhyasana , repeated contact until the insight stops feeling like something you hold and starts feeling like the surface you see with

The stone to mirror image nails it. The real work isn’t gathering more material , it’s the carving and polishing until the insight becomes your default way of seeing

Well said! Information is a burden until it transforms into Anubhuti. A lived truth needs no loud defense. 🌟

Exactly. Shravana and Manana clear the ground, but only Nididhyasana lets the insight stop being something you remember and start being the way you see. When it becomes Anubhuti, the noise of information finally loses its grip. One lived insight outweighs a thousand skims.

Unfortunately we have not been decisive about how to handle such anti-nationals. its time that law should be mended and an auto-course should begin without any interference from any political party

Tyagaraja’s Seetha Kalyana Vaibhogame is a glorious celebration of the divine wedding of Bhagavan Sri Rama and Mata Sita. The composition evokes the splendour of their celestial marriage while praising the virtues and divine beauty of Sri Rama. It celebrates Rama as the embodiment of Dharma, nobility, valour and auspiciousness, worthy of being revered by all. Through its beautiful melody and repeated invocation of “Seetha Kalyana Vaibhogame, Rama Kalyana Vaibhogame,” Tyagaraja transforms the wedding into an experience of devotion, joy and mangalam. Shivprabhat 🙏🏽

Spot on! We are drowning in information while starving for wisdom. Moving from Shravana to living Anubhuti via Nididhyasana is the ultimate shift. Stop skimming, start embodying! 🪔

When tennis player Sania Mirza decided to get married, she chose Pakistan! And when it came to donating land, she chose a mosque! Yet, she earned her name, fame, and wealth from India’s more than 1.2 billion Hindus! @MirzaSania 🤫

Yes , and the context makes it sharper. Yajnavalkya is walking away from everything, yet the instruction isn’t “gather more information.” It’s see, hear, reflect, and finally assimilate the Self. The screenshot-share loop is the opposite of that. Thanks for the exact reference.

The source is one of the most beautiful moments in the Upanishads: Yajnavalkya telling Maitreyi, “ātmā vā are draṣṭavyaḥ śrotavyo mantavyo nididhyāsitavyaḥ” (Brihadaranyaka 2.4.5). The modern version has quietly become: Shravana → Screenshot → Share 📱 Manana and Nididhyasana are still pending in our drafts 😄

True. Most importantly, this is more important now than ever, thanks to social media algorithms. Algorithms don't challenge your thinking at all, they do the opposite.
