optional skate, but looks like Arshdeep Bains coming in for Jacob Quillan tonight for #Canucks. Bains practised Friday on 1st line w Pettersson and Boeser. On defence, appears Tom Willander could return, w Schenn and Mancini extras.
Crazy to me how he just started working with mental coach end of last season. Team should have had him working with a mental coach ages ago. There’s been a clear psychological disconnect for a while now. Would like to see those resources better used going forward.

Final terms for the now-official Jacoby Brissett trade to the #Ravens, per sources:
– Baltimore gets Brissett and a 2027 5th rounder.

He’s been criticized of his work ethic before. I’m not sure if management is trading EP40 they want to bring in another guy with a similar past record of flipping the switch on and off.
That being said I’d take him if the package coming with him was huge (multiple 1st’s+Nadeau)

I think teams want more than a 17 game sample size if they forking out full value packages which is why I think summer makes the most sense for a deal if he’s willing to move
Genuine question, cause I’m curious about his trade value: After showing he can be a point per game player over the first 20 gms, do you think other GMs are confident EP40 can maintain that pace in a different environment? (i.e more pressure, different teammates, etc.)
