🧠 Mental health matters — and talking can be a powerful first step. You don’t have to look “unwell” to be struggling. A friend who’s gone quiet, a colleague who seems overwhelmed, or you feeling unlike yourself — it all deserves care, not judgement. 💬 Check in: “How are you, really?” 👂 Listen without rushing to fix things. 🤝 Encourage support — from someone trusted, a GP, or a mental health professional. If you’re in England and need urgent mental health help, call NHS 111 and select the mental health option. If someone is in immediate danger, call 999 or go to A&E. In the UK and need someone to talk to? Call Samaritans free on 116 123. You are not a burden. You don’t have to face it alone. 💜 Share this — it might reach someone who needs it today. #MentalHealthMatters #ItsOkayToTalk #EndTheStigma
