Her words: "He kept stbbing me and stbbing me and st*bbing me over again." More than 20 times. He was arrested the next day and charged with ATTEMPTED M*RDER and ROBBERY. Kaitlynn spent a month and a half in the hospital. Multiple surgeries. She lives with PERMANENT nerve damage in her face and BOTH hands. AND IT GETS WORSE. In December 2025, Joseph was RELEASED. No bail. Court paperwork says an email about outstanding discovery went unanswered... so his lawyer asked for him to be let go. And he was. A man charged with attempted m*rder went home on his own recognizance while she was still healing. Then on Wednesday, a Bronx judge signed off on his plea deal. 8.5 years in prison.
