Why does everyone do the ā€œ27 year old, 16k credit card debt, 2k savings, 3k 401k, 12k car loan…where should he startā€ crap? It’s overplayed yall

They can’t. Robinhood is becoming elite.
I don't see how traditional banks can compete against this. @RobinhoodApp

I just want all of you sub-30 year olds that follow me on here, you’re so, so, sooooo far ahead financially in life. Don’t make it complicated. You guys will walk away with the so much money if you started in your mid or early 20s. It’s going to be very hard to screw it up. Focus on building relationships, being good to your family, give when you can afford to, get healthy af and create some experiences!

It’s wild being 31. I have friends who… - have 2-3 kids - who are married and are traveling a lot - who just found out they’re pregnant - who just got married - who are on their second marriage - who still live at home with their parents - who are single and still partying most weekends - who have fallen off the map completely and I hear from them once a year - who are on their 4th job while some who haven’t left their 1st job It’s actually kinda crazy how different 21 to 31 is..

My net worth as a 31 year old living in WI with one toddler and a combined annual income of around $175,000. This is only for educational purposes and interest. Please don’t use this as a template to ā€œbeing ahead or behindā€. And of course none of this is financial advice. My son’s accounts are technically his, but I will be including them in the net worth for now. I will break this down into assets and debts. I won’t include monthly expenses but maybe that can be a future post. Debts: 1. $381,000 (primary home) 2. $63,319 (student loan) Assets: 1. $10,096 (HYSA) 2. $8,615 (Checking Acct.) 3. $6,500 (HSA) 4. ~$3,000 (Cash/Gold/Collectibles) 5. $15,000 (Completely passive real estate partner) 6. ~$535,000 (primary home valuation) 7. $99,221 (Roth IRAs) 8. $35,000 (401k) 9. $86,382 (personal investments - brokerage/crypto) 10. $1,019 (Sons TRUMP account) 11. $1,434 (Sons 529) 12. $717 (Sons Custodial UTMA) Add the assets - the debts and you get… Net worth = $358,282.62 as of TODAY. You may notice a large portion comes from our primary home. Yes, I understand not everyone considers that a part of your net worth, but too bad. I also didn’t include vehicles but we drive very modest cars fully paid off. My wife also has a pension that is not included in any current net worth or income calculations. This is where I am at 31. Happy. Healthy. And an open book…ask me anything or feel free to critique!

Anyone else buy $SATS I’m going to buy a couple shares in my ā€œfund my teslaā€ portfolio and see how the first week or two goes. Daily 15% fixed dividends is cool, but I’m a little skeptical

More than 2 months later: $ASST +133% $NBIS -36% $IREN -38% It's still not too late to pivot from AI to Bitcoin. Nothing beats amplified Bitcoin in a BTC bull market and we're just getting started.
My hot take is that amplified Bitcoin will outperform the popular AI plays over the next 24 months. I bet $ASST outperforms $NBIS or $IREN from here. That doesn't mean the two AI plays won't do well, they will. But nothing beats amplified Bitcoin in a BTC bull market.

Anyone interested in seeing a net worth update of a normal 31 year old dude with average family income who didn’t start working full time until 25? I’d be happy to break it down for ya
