Fuck it, I'm open sourcing my life
Everything about me and every word I ever said is in this repo
Privacy is for pussies
I will be collecting data in the future on all my conversations using different hardware devices like Omi or Pocket, and they autonomously get uploaded to this repo

I'm the founder of Chronos, and we booked 1000+ demos last month, a majority from X
People keep asking how we get users from Twitter, so here's the full playbook.
1. Reply before you post
Before we had an audience, we lived in the replies of bigger accounts in our space. One thoughtful reply under the right post gets more eyeballs than our own tweets did for months. Add something real, don't just agree.
2. Build in public
Revenue, mistakes, hires, product decisions. People don't follow companies, they follow the person building one. Our best inbound comes from people who've watched us for weeks before ever DMing.
3. The "reply for the playbook" post
Share a result, ask people to reply with a keyword, then DM them the breakdown with a link to book a demo. The replies also push the post further in the algorithm, so it compounds.
4. Screen recordings
A 30-second clip of the product doing the thing beats any paragraph explaining it. If people can see it working, they don't need convincing.
5. Hot takes on your category
Have an opinion about how your industry works and say it plainly. Agreement and pushback both drive reach, and the right buyers self-select.
6. Threads that teach
Give away the whole thing, no gate. These get fewer likes than the spicy stuff, but they're what people bookmark and come back to when they're ready to buy.
7. Customer wins, posted by customers
When a customer tweets a result, quote it and add context. Their words carry more weight than ours ever will.
But the posts are only half of it.
Most people who like or reply to your tweets will never DM you or click your link on their own.
So we go to them. We look at everyone engaging with our posts, pick out the ones who fit our ICP, and send a short, personal DM. Not a pitch, just "saw you liked X, curious what you're working on?" If it's a fit, we offer a quick demo.
That's where a huge share of our demos actually come from. The content gets attention, the DMs turn it into pipeline.
If you're posting on X and it's not bringing in users, stop staring at your impressions. Look at what you do with the people who already raised their hand.
What's working for you?
The biggest outbound mistakes I see founders make after getting our first 3000+ users
1. Only messaging cold lists when the warm people who already know you are sitting right there
2. Asking for a meeting instead of asking a question. A question gets a reply. A meeting ask gets ignored
3. Personalizing on news. Congrats on the raise is what everyone else sent that week
4. Sending one campaign, getting no replies, and deciding outbound doesn't work
5. Doing it all by hand and burning out after a week
This past exited founder talks about how agents will interact with computers in the future
He is currently building an agentic commerce startup
Agents will be able to do far more on computers than the current human tailored UI prohibits them
Tim has 2 company exits he founded
And now helping investors and founders connect using AI
He talks about how AI can augment communication between humans where there isn't already a platform for these 2 groups to connect
How we found our first 1000+ users using secret signals
-Chronos now find 40+ signals to find customers with buying intent
- Reaches out to them on LinkedIn, email, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, etc
- Cold outreach to random people does not convert
We're giving away the initial version to a couple people comment to try
To find doctors to sell to they actually give their product completely for FREE
Isha and Saiful are building a precision medicine startup
This is what got them their initial traction, and the first step to democratized and affordable care
20 new features shipped in the last week
User count and revenue through the roof

Had some cool interviews with AI founders building the future
Million dollar company exits, Princeton accelerators, top 100 companies on TechCrunch, 4 different countries
Tune in to see how they see the future
