Another fun perk of job applications is finding out that nobody wants a THING to do with my profession anymore. Mech/aerospace engineering jobs don't exist. If you aren't a software engineer you can gtfo. Every company has 0-1 mech/aero postings and 50 software eng postings.
I think the thing that really makes me the most upset and hurts me the most is when I feel like people just don't respect me at all. I'm not asking for a ton of it, I'm not demanding recognition. I just want the bare minimum time of day and I often feel like I can't get that.
What's your favorite part about applying for jobs mine is the expectation I make a personalized resume and cover letter for every single position even though there is a 98% chance a human being will never so much as lay an eye on my application before it is rejected
OCs I want:
Ghost girl (huge tits)
Superhero girl (massive knockers)
Hacker girl (fat honkers)
Shark girl (magnum dong)

@Coolettuce Forgot about this one, it was a while ago I think!
Lol. Moved from Detroit to Houston for a new job. Started new job. Fired this morning after 7 days because they didn't read my resume and didn't interview me so they hired me on pretend experience they thought I had but nowhere was it ever claimed I did.
They told me that for 7 days straight and then they just FUCKING FIRED ME because I'm not qualified to do the JOB THEY HIRED ME TO DO in their eyes. And I tried to show I could do well in this new but very familiar role and they never let me even TRY. seriously.
