all hate of the org aside- 20k per month on a tier 2 NA team that likely brings in no money (maybe cash cups etc) is just not feasible long term NA CS is in a tough spot cause there are good players who likely need financial support to play but, it’s hard to justify any costs unless they make tier 1 lans / majors or have massive brand value
