My fav RB moment was at RQ Hartford where I played a XP Khazhix deck. My PG Yi opponent had set up a double hold with Vilemaw and Rengar. I cast conscription took his Vilemaw and buffed it. Then I played Void assault to bring it to the Rengar. Double conquer!

I don't understand. I received the wrong item and your customer service won't issue a refund. I sent the picture twice and the second rep made me go into the garbage to pull the item out and still didn't issue a refund. More screenshots on comments.
@UberEats
@UberEats I'm confused by this response. I sent the photo of the item 3 times. Twice before throwing it out and once after. Please see the attached photo of the ticket with the picture of the item prior to be discarded.
I had to get through 20 minutes of AI chat only to speak to "humans" who responded like AI. I'm not even sure if I spoke to a human, but I certainly never got through to anyone that could help. I spent 90 minutes attempting to get a $6 refund for an item received that was wrong.
