Brock Purdy is in contention for NFL MVP. You need the best coaching and scheme for someone like Purdy to do this. Buccaneers need to find the guy who can coach Baker like Liam Coen.

Baker Mayfield is back. Unfortunately this team will never be a contender or even a threat to win the NFC South with Todd Bowles at HC. There will be a change after this season and if they keep Baker it will be a Shanahan tree coach.

Massive changes need to be made. The Buccaneers players have terrible leadership. This should be a complete rebuild ASAP.

Todd Bowles ruined the Buccaneers

My gut feeling is we are beating the Packers with Jalon Daniels throwing darts and running around playing backyard football.

If there isn’t radical change to the Buccaneers and leadership I’m afraid we go through a long drought like we felt after 2003. This is on the ownership.

Tom Brady brought a presence to the Buccaneers locker room that demanded respect. He fixed the culture. I worry there is nobody in the locker room that can inspire these players to believe. They definitely don’t believe in Todd and it doesn’t help that everyone wants him gone.

If Jalon Daniels wins some games that would be fantastic. That being said the Bucs right now are first in line for the first overall pick. There’s potentially a complete reset of this team including QB. Grant Udinski could be hired to draft his own QB after Bowles is fired. There needs to be a Ben Johnson type HC change that revives this locker room. Every single person in the front office should be on the hot seat except Mike Greenberg.

Jalon Daniels has the chance to create quite the storyline for the Buccaneers season.
