What is it like to be a secondary ECT at Cornwall Education Learning Trust?
We asked Miss Allday from Poltair School to share her experience of her first year as an ECT.

An excellent opportunity for three ECTs in our Trust to share their experiences with recent qualifying secondary teachers from @CornwallSCITT
I had the absolute privilege of welcoming 3 CELT ECTs back to Cornwall SCITT HQ today to share their experiences and wisdom with the qualifying cohort of 2023. Their enthusiasm and passion shone through. If I could have bottled it, I’d be a millionaire! @CeltAcademies
