Politicians must sign The Power of Youth Charter to "better Scotland’s future as a whole.” - @agcolehamilton MSP 👇 👇

ALT Alex Cole Hamilton MSP, Leader of the Scottish Liberal Democrats said: “I am delighted to be signing the youth charter and support this scheme by Youth Links Scotland. As my former job as a youth worker taught me, it is crucial that everyone commits to supporting our young people and nurturing the potential that may otherwise go unspotted. In doing so, not only are we bettering the future our young people but we also bettering Scotland’s future as a whole.”

On this day in 1989, @UN adopted the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
33 yrs later, Scotland is yet to incorporate #UNCRC into law - the most important thing we can do to protect children’s rights.
On #WorldChildrensDay, we renew calls on @scotgov to make child rights real.
