I CHECK EVERY AIRBNB WIFI WITH CLAUDE CODE NOW takes 2 minutes and it's kind of addictive check into a place, join the wifi, open claude code and ask "list every device on this network and what each one is" most of it is boring. the tv, a couple of smart plugs, the router. but you see the whole list, and the one box that doesn't belong stands out fast last trip one device was from a company that only makes ip cameras. didn't love that how to do it yourself 1. join the wifi, open claude code, paste the prompt in the first reply 2. it lists every device and flags anything that looks like a camera or a mic 3. if something looks off, lights out and run your phone flashlight over the smoke detectors, clocks and chargers. a lens glints back you won't remember this at 1am in a strange room. bookmark it now this only sees your own network, nothing else. just a traveler checking the room they rented ever found something weird in a rental? what did you use to check

this is absolute f*cking gold one of the Anthropic devs just dropped 20 GitHub repos that mass-upgrade your Claude Code into a full dev squad: built for Opus 5.5 save tokens 1. rtk: compresses command output before it eats your context. 60-90% fewer tokens 2. ccusage: one command shows exactly where your tokens and money went 3. Repomix: packs an entire repo into one AI-readable file smarter about your code 4. Context7: pulls fresh library docs so it stops hallucinating last year's API 5. Serena: finds and edits code by meaning, not grep 6. claude-context: makes your whole codebase searchable through MCP 7. claude-mem: remembers what happened last session and brings it back skills and method 8. superpowers: a skills framework and dev methodology. the one everyone starts with 9. skills: official Agent Skills repo straight from Anthropic 10. spec-kit: spec-driven development, built by GitHub itself 11. claude-code-hooks-mastery: hooks explained with real working examples 12. claude-code-templates: ready configs and monitoring from one CLI run multiple agents 13. container-use: each agent gets its own container, no more conflicts 14. claude-squad: run several terminal agents in one window 15. Happy: check on your agents from your phone, iOS and Android extend and customize 16. agents: a plugin marketplace for Claude Code and six other harnesses 17. claude-code-router: route requests across different models 18. ccstatusline: a status line showing what your session is doing 19. tweakcc: edit Claude Code's own system prompts, toolsets and themes 20. awesome-claude-code: the hand-picked map of everything else memory keeps context, skills set the method, containers let you run five agents instead of one. repo links in the reply. check each one before you install anything.

Claude Code found every photo i "permanently deleted" from my iPhone. almost 4 years of photos and videos sitting in a hidden cache on my device. any app with file access can read them. plugged my iPhone into my MacBook for a backup. had Claude Code running a security scan from my last post. it flagged something i never asked it to check. a directory called PhotoData/Thumbnails with over 152,000 files. photos, videos, screenshots. all stuff i deleted. 2022. 2023. 2024. 2025. photos i deleted within a second of taking them. photos i went into Recently Deleted and cleared manually. photos i deleted twice because i didn't trust the first time. all still there. what was sitting in that cache: a passport photo for a visa application in 2023 bank app screenshots with full account numbers visible private photos i sent someone and deleted the same night after a breakup a crypto seed phrase screenshot i took "for a minute" in 2022 my ID and credit card side by side, deleted 10 seconds later my ex's private instagram stories i saved and "permanently deleted" in 2024 152,417 files. some at full resolution. all organized by date going back to 2021. when you delete a photo on iPhone, iOS removes it from your camera roll and your Recently Deleted folder. but it keeps a compressed copy in a Spotlight search index cache. that's how your phone finds photos when you type a word in search. Apple never clears it. not after 30 days. not after a year. they told you it was permanently deleted. it wasn't. checked which apps on my phone had Files and Folders access. 19 apps. weather apps. QR scanners. PDF readers. a flashlight app from 2021. any of them could've been reading every photo i ever "deleted" this whole time. went from 19 apps to 3 in about a minute. full step by step is below. takes 2 minutes. bookmark it so you don't lose it and send it to anyone with an iPhone.

Claude Code Opus 5.5 caught three strangers inside my Netflix, HBO Max and Spotify. Warsaw, Istanbul, Lagos. they'd burned through 40 hours of my stuff in two months and the Lagos one was 5 minutes from finishing a doc i'd been saving. the TV tipped me off. Netflix opened on a Turkish crime drama dubbed into Polish. the red on the logo looked off, warmer than usual. told Opus to pull auth logs from everything with a card on file. Netflix, HBO Max, Prime, Apple TV, YouTube Premium, Spotify. last 30 days. flag anything that isn't mine. four seconds later: Netflix → 3 sessions. Prague (me), Istanbul (?), Warsaw (?) HBO Max → 2 sessions. Prague (me), Lagos (?) Prime Video → clean Apple TV → clean Spotify Family → 4 members. i added 2. Warsaw was watching the Turkish drama right then. Istanbul had finished a second season i never started. Lagos had the Mariupol documentary paused at 42:11. how they got in: a Czech VPN provider dumped credentials in August. my Netflix password was in there. i'd rotated the bank one that week. not Netflix. device fingerprints: attacker 1 → Windows 11, pl-PL panel, Warsaw residential IP attacker 2 → Android 14 TV box, tr-TR, Istanbul attacker 3 → macOS 14, en-NG, Lagos mobile Spotify was the weird one. one of the two strangers i hadn't added had been building a jazz playlist for 6 months. soft stuff. the kind you put on at 4am when you can't sleep. told Opus to kick everyone. rotate every password. 2FA where it exists. fresh recovery emails on an alias i've never used. the sessions dropped one by one. the TV went dark, came back on the Netflix sign-in screen like we'd never met. set a cron. same check every Sunday. wake me only if there's a stranger. three strangers. two months. 40 hours of my taste in things. one jazz playlist i almost kept. if you've reused a Netflix password from 2022, run the check tonight. the Lagos guy had 5 minutes left.

how to run the same check yourself. takes 3 minutes. step 1: find who's inside your subscriptions. open Claude Code and paste this: "audit every streaming and music subscription on this account. Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+, Prime Video, Apple TV, YouTube Premium, Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, anything else with a card on file. for each one list active sessions, device types, cities, last watched or last played, and any family or household members. flag every session that isn't my Prague device and every family member i don't recognize. check my email for 'new sign-in' notifications from the last 90 days and match them against the session list. read only, change nothing." this is what caught the Lagos session on mine. one HBO Max profile on a device i've never owned, running since August. i had no idea. step 2: kick everyone and lock the door. paste this next: "for every flagged session and every unknown family member, sign them out, rotate the account password to a 32-char random one stored in my password manager, turn on 2FA, change the recovery email to an alias on my own domain, and remove any payment method the account doesn't need. then set a weekly cron to re-run the audit from step 1 and only wake me if a new unknown device appears. show me a short report at the end." that's it. paste both into Claude Code. the second one is the one you actually want running. the first one just tells you how bad it is. if any of your streaming passwords are older than 2022 or shared with another site, do it tonight. the Lagos guy had 5 minutes left on my doc.

A family has two kids. You ask the parent: "Is at least one of them a boy?" They say yes. What's the probability both are boys? A) 1/2 B) 1/3 C) 2/3 D) 1/4 Most people pick A in two seconds. A is wrong. Comment your letter. No googling.

Claude Code caught spyware on my 18 y/o sister's phone. Been running for 10 weeks before we noticed Her phone kept dying by 2pm. Pocket-warm with the screen off. She figured it was just worn out What tipped her off was that people kept knowing where she'd been. Not guessing, knowing Plugged the phone into my laptop, opened a terminal, gave Claude Opus 5.5 a single prompt: scan every running process, hidden ones included, flag anything she didn't install herself Under 2 minutes: → 63 processes alive → 60 clean → 2 old games still pinging her location in the background → 1 app named "Device Health", no icon anywhere, not in any store What "Device Health" was holding: → accessibility service, read everything on her screen → full photo and file access → mic, location, every SMS → device admin, so she physically couldn't uninstall it → scheduled upload every 15 minutes, 3am included Then I had Opus tear the app apart Decompiled in 4 minutes. What was inside: → every new photo copied and shipped out within 60 seconds → full gallery already exfiltrated, 2,300+ photos gone → keylogger catching every keystroke → screenshots triggered the moment she opened Instagram or her bank → GPS written to a log every 5 minutes Zipped and shipped to one server, 3 times per hour Still queued when we caught it: 847 screenshots, 112 fresh photos Opus pulled the receiver details: reports to → +1 (415) *** **72 carrier → T-Mobile US last ping → 40.7**, -73.9** · 2 min ago This wasn't a system app. Someone put it there by hand. She doesn't know who. Doesn't know when We archived everything the app had recorded, handed it off to people who do this for a living, then nuked it, rotated every password, turned on 2FA across the board Battery went from dead at 2pm to 40% by 10pm Your 3-minute check tonight: battery → if something drains with the screen off, that's a signal photos → only your camera and gallery apps need "all photos" accessibility → any app in there you can't explain shouldn't be device admin → "Find My Device" is the only one that belongs no-name apps → missing icon + "system", "health", "sync" in the name → open it Found something? Don't tap delete yet. Screenshot the permissions, the storage, the install date. Then remove it and rotate passwords from a different device Save this. Check your phone tonight. Then check your family's Prompt below ↓

HIDDEN GEM ON GITHUB 📈 mixelpixx/Konnect +228 stars in 24h ⭐ 1.2k total ⭐ claude can design circuit boards now. konnect is a kicad 10 plugin that gives your AI 228 tools over MCP it places parts and wires the schematic, lays out and routes the PCB in real time, runs ERC and DRC checks, and exports gerbers, BOM and pick-and-place files ready for the fab it even searches a local catalog of 2.5M JLCPCB parts for stuff that's actually in stock, and starts from reference circuits like USB-C, buck converters and STM32 smart detail: loading all 228 tools would eat ~23K tokens, so it starts with a ~2K starter kit and pulls the rest on demand single rust binary, ~9 MB download. still beta, so check every board before you order it bookmark it if you've ever spent a weekend routing traces by hand

REPO OF THE DAY 📈 NationalSecurityAgency/ghidra the NSA's own reverse engineering tool, free and open source since 2019 +1,366 stars in 24h ⭐ 88.3k total ⭐ why it's trending again: rea. the agent tool that blew up this week uses ghidra under the hood to read .exe and mac apps. everyone installing rea ends up installing this what you get: disassembler, decompiler, graphs and scripting in java or python. runs on windows, mac and linux, apache 2.0 one thing the readme says upfront: some older versions have known vulnerabilities, check their security advisories and stay updated funny timeline. a tool built for nsa analysts is now an engine for your coding agent bookmark it if rea is next on your list

OVERHYPED OR ACTUALLY USEFUL? 📈 mksglu/context-mode +902 stars in 24h ⭐ 29.6k total ⭐ claim: 98% less junk in your agent's context. my take: useful, if you read the fine print the problem is real. a playwright snapshot is 56 KB, 20 github issues are 59 KB. half an hour of tool calls and your context is gone context-mode runs those tools in a sandbox and only hands the model the result. their benchmarks: 315 KB of raw output down to 5.4 KB per session the best idea in it costs nothing: make the agent write a script that counts the files and prints one line, instead of reading 47 files into context fine print - the 98% is their own benchmark on tool output, not your whole token bill - license is Elastic 2.0. source-available, not open source. you can't resell it as a hosted service works with claude code, codex, cursor, gemini cli and a dozen more bookmark it if your agent sessions keep dying at compaction

REVERSE ENGINEERING JUST WENT MAINSTREAM 📈 posted rea a week ago at 7.9k ⭐ it's at 178k ⭐ now what it does: you ask your agent about an app in plain english, rea inspects the program on your machine, and every answer comes back with the function, file and call as proof the examples are what sold me - windows calculator shows 220 for 200 + 10% because after + the % button takes 10% of the first number. after × it's just 0.1 - the chrome dino starts at speed 6, adds 0.001 per update, caps at 13 - dx-ball sound function rebuilt in C, passes 3,205 tests and matches all 63 original bytes - aegis authenticator, 3,077 classes, rebuilt and matched all 133 test cases it reads electron apps like notion, slack and discord with nothing extra to install. exe and mac apps through ghidra, hopper or ida. android through jadx. even raw contract bytecode, handy for checking sketchy tokens what it can't do: touch anything on a server. it only reads what's on your machine, and decompiled code is a reconstruction, not the original source the legal line is simple. study the app, write a spec, build yours from that. copying their code or unlocking paid features is what gets people sued repos before they blow up, that's what this account is for bookmark it before you need it
someone built an MCP that lets your agent reverse engineer apps you see a feature you like in some app. you ask your agent how it works. it opens the app without any source code, digs through the binary and comes back with an explanation plus the evidence it found. then it can build a similar feature for your own project works on native binaries, electron and js apps, .NET and websites. uses hopper or ghidra under the hood if you have them, js stuff needs neither everything runs locally, nothing gets uploaded anywhere setup is one command and it plugs into claude code, codex, cursor, gemini cli and a bunch more they also say upfront it won't recover the original source or clone an app for you. honestly respect that, most readmes oversell morluto/rea, +2.9k stars today. fastest on github rn 👀

FREE WAR ROOM ON GITHUB 📈 PALANTIR sells governments war rooms for MILLIONS a year. elie habib built one, open-sourced it, and it's sitting at 88k stars koala73/worldmonitor 88.3k stars ⭐ 13.5k forks ⭐ 3d globe, live news from around the world summarized by ai, a stability score for 31 countries, stocks, commodities and crypto in one panel it went viral in july. since then it got an MCP server, a CLI and python and ruby sdks so your agent can pull the same data now. worldmonitor risk IR returns iran's risk score right in the terminal local ai runs through ollama, no keys for that part. some data sources and MCP calls still need an api key, the readme says it upfront desktop app for mac, windows and linux. AGPL, free to self-host a dashboard is cool. an api your agent can query is the useful part bookmark it for the next time the news goes crazy
