What dost think folks? I did well I think. The meat and bones have enriched the liquid. The ginger and scotch bonnet have been removed. It's not strictly faithful to the usual oxtail recipe but it works.

Sharkeyboy put that to bed comprehensively, as Jerry said. Nice win in nasty conditions for Willy Mullins. @Galway_Races

Soup is required! Those of you that know me well, will know that I will now spend a couple of hours searching for the perfect oxtail soup recipe before throwing whatever I like and whatever is in the fridge into the pot! #Cooking

Rufous-tailed Robin at Flamborough Head this morning: 10 mins on the path beside us and then 15 mins behind us on the logs and leaf litter (never did see it in the gully) - superb! Great to meet @toonarmysi and @AnthonyAreed #birding @RareBirdAlertUK @LeeEvansBirding

Very sore today but I wanted to go check on the birds and trees at The Mere. There have been a few casualties - several fallen trees. But the birds are doing well. The walk is flat which is easier on my joints. I have to keep moving even if it hurts. Nature is a distraction.

I really hope she pulls through. Her poor baby looks distressed. When are we humans going to realise the damage we are doing? Endangered orangutan and baby rescued after getting ensnared in trap dailymail.com/news/article-1… via @DailyMail

Chips & Gravy are here, the Barn Owl has flown by so everything seems right in my tiny bit of paradise. I wish it could transcend to the rest of the world 😔 As promised some videos of the Raven’s flying skills. They are extraordinary flyers &I love it when they fly in tumbling!

Photo courtesy of local man Colin McMillan. This is the reason you stay away from wild water. You do not see debris like this coming at you. Stay well away from rough coastlines during storms. Something like that hitting you could kill you.

🙏🏻💪🏻 Mark Allen’s willingness to put stuff like this out there and be open about it, giving his status will 100% help someone struggling and to be able to do that while he himself is going through a tough spot is admirable.

A lot of "mental health issues" disappear when bills are paid, rent is secure, and the fridge is full. Peace is expensive. And pretending money doesn't affect mental health is privilege.
