I am trying the link provided here to return it. I called the phoneline and it says I need a phone number. Well, what phone number? I have only the reciept with the woolwich shop number on it. Where do I find this phone number? There is nothing on the box. Just this below

@ThreeUK I am finding your returns very very PAINFUL to deal with. The 5g does not work in my home unfortinately. I was told I need photo I D to RETURN it. How come they never asked me in the shop? I would have not got to this mess and found sonewhere else!
