Confidence on camera comes from experience, and Eli Pampa has a practical way to build it. When João asked for his best advice on selling through video, @EliXPampa put confidence at the top of the list. Your internal dialogue matters, but so does getting in front of people, testing your delivery, and learning from their reactions. Every successful interaction gives you another reason to trust your own ability.

A multi-million dollar media business can lose its YouTube channels overnight, with little clarity on why @CryptoKid shares with João the conflicting explanations he received after his channel was removed. YouTube initially pointed to a possible security breach, while YouTube Studio displayed a spam policy violation. Efe says he had received no suspicious login alerts, warnings, or strikes before the removal. For creators whose businesses depend on YouTube, sudden enforcement decisions can put years of work and revenue at risk.

Miles Deutscher counts missing a $2M opportunity in Anthropic as a loss, arguing that poor capital allocation can be just as costly as a losing investment “Opportunity cost is a loss. If I did not allocate a million dollars to equities, but I should have with the information I had at the time, that is a loss” “Not investing in Anthropic is a $2 million loss, in my opinion. Because I had the opportunity, it was clear, and I misallocated” “It's the same in business. You have to look at misallocating funnels, misallocating views, as actual losses. If Berkshire turns a billion into 1.2, it's not about the 200 million they made. Did they outperform the S&P?” w/ @milesdeutscher

Eli Pampa spent his entire $12K savings on a chance to meet Andrew Tate in Miami In this clip with João, Eli shares how that decision led to his first job in Tate's operation. He started in sales, became the top performer, eventually managed a team of up to 40 people, and later took charge of marketing. His sales experience also shaped the content strategy, helping the team address customer objections through targeted clips. One bold decision opened the door, but his performance kept him moving up.

Over 8 YouTube channels with more than 1 million combined subscribers were reportedly taken down without warning Efe Kelemci recounts to João how multiple channels from the Moon group disappeared overnight, including his own, which had no previous strikes or warnings. The channels were eventually restored, but Efe says he never received an explanation for the removals. Instead, a few hours after his channel returned, @YouTube team contacted him on X with a customer service feedback form. w/ @CryptoKid

27–28 specialized AI agents working together to run different parts of a marketing operation @EliXPampa walks João through his “Super AI Marketing Engines.” The system combines business data, sales calls, marketing knowledge, and client insights with agents handling scripting, research, editing, and quality control. The underlying models are familiar: ChatGPT, Claude, Grok. What sets Eli's approach apart is how those models are connected to a shared knowledge base and assigned specific tasks.

Behind Andrew Tate's massive online operation was a surprisingly straightforward business structure Andrew Tate's former Head of Marketing, @EliXPampa, gives João a closer look at how everything worked behind the scenes. Sales teams, clippers, editors, developers, and marketing all played their part. The biggest competitive advantage wasn't a secret strategy. It was the team's relentless work ethic. Now, AI is changing that equation.

Miles Deutscher warns that AI is making business competition more intense, while early adopters still have a chance to gain a major advantage over the majority of people “Your work is sped up, but everyone else's work is also sped up, too. You have to keep working harder because you know everyone else has this advantage now” “I'm competing against other media companies, but I'm not some genius because I have Claude. They also have Claude. So I need to use Claude better, keep leveling up, keep hiring developers, and doing it faster than these other guys” “The advantage you do have if you're retail, if you're not running a business, is that most other retail are so behind on this stuff still. You still have an advantage to be in the first 5% of adopters and the first 1% of serious adopters” w/ @milesdeutscher

“Authenticity is a scam” @EliXPampa shares an interesting perspective on content creation during his conversation with João. People often assume that being authentic means speaking naturally without a script. But even Hollywood actors can make audiences feel genuine emotions through rehearsed performances. He believes the same principle applies to content. Better scripting, preparation, and delivery can make your message more effective while keeping your personality intact. Authenticity and preparation can go hand in hand.

I think it’s important to understand though that a short-term mindset is fine if you need money. You can’t play long-term games without a strong short-term safety.
Miles Deutscher is turning down a potential $50K–$100K a month in consulting revenue, explaining how financial security allows him to build without rushing to monetize “If you have no money and you’re building a business, now you’re making business decisions out of greed. It’s like, I’ve got no money, so now I need to monetize. I need to launch a product” “I haven’t monetized AI at Gin. We’ve been doing it for a year. I haven’t shilled a product before I feel like it was ready. I could be making 50 to 100K a month doing consulting now, but I’m not doing it until I feel like it’s at the level” “Having that breathing room, having the portfolio good from what I was able to build in those early years, helps me focus more on the business and take more business risk without being forced to make short-sighted financial decisions” w/ @milesdeutscher
