It can be consumed as is, but if you refrigerate it for 4 hours, you will gain a new option to skim the milk. Skimming the milk will give you two items: Skimmed Milk and Cream. Cream is a more powerful consumable.

According to Bloomberg's Jason Schreier, Rockstar Games reportedly plans to keep updating GTA 6 with:
• new cities
• new interior locations
• new missions
• more content added over time

1.0.1.3 Hotfix is going live!
PlayStation, Steam, Epic Games Store, and Jagex Launcher users: the update CL254097 - Juicy-Yellowjacket should be available to you now.
This update is to fix the issue where people were falling through the platform that Commander Zilyana teleports you to during the Regicide Quest/Scorned Wilderness Raid.
Dedicated Servers will need to be restarted to apply the hotfix.
XBOX and PC Game Pass players, the update is still in the stages of being approved. We'll update you when it's live.
Keep in mind, crossplay will not be available while platforms are on different patches. This will resolve once your platform updates to the latest patch.
Nintendo Switch 2 is going off cross-play for the weekend.
We will update you as soon as we have more information. This patch is with the Nintendo team for verification and will be live when they are finished with approving it for deployment.
