We needed a sex scene. A necessary sex scene.
Invisigal got one (technically). It's not fair.

Dispatch Devs feel they lost a lot of Blonde Blazer by cutting content 🦸♀️💛
“We ended up cutting two episodes there used to be a 10 episode arc. We lost a lot of Blazer basically.”

Because there is a difference between Fiction making one think through entertainment as an arithmetic sort of way vs. genuinely influencing someone’s actions and beliefs.
It’s why violent video games don’t make the people who play them violent.

Outside having a coherent story ,
They gotta work on the English language localization because whatever they did in KH3 was not it.
Yeah, Kingdom Hearts can sound goofy at times but 3 was so wooden and extremely cringe

Calling a game that was rightfully bad and articulating the problems with it does not exclude one from wishing the company could have turned around and lamenting what was lost.

Remember what Don Bluth said "Kids can handle anything as long as it has a happy ending."
‘Big City Greens’ storyboard artist Gabi Rodea encourages parents to have their children see ‘Wildwood’ for its mature storytelling.
“Big studios like Disney and Paramount want to sanitize stories, effectively training children not to think about sadness or fear. Wildwood is for kids to be inspired by how they feel when they see a great movie.”

i feel like you should determine if your child is capable of handling certain subjects well before taking them to see things. to say “don’t take any kids” is too infantilizing and broad.

Travis Knight’s words harken back to Don Bluth’s philosophy.
“Kids can handle scary and intense stories, so long as there’s a happy ending.”
Travis Knight says WILDWOOD (2026), LAIKA’s first PG-13 film, refused to shy away from the brutal realities of violence, loss and grief. The director believes modern cinema often underestimates younger audiences, arguing that children deserve stories that take their emotions seriously rather than shielding them from every difficult subject.
“Modern cinema generally tends to talk down to young audiences. But young people experience loss. They know what it’s like to feel afraid.”
Knight says the violence was never meant to be glorified, but to show its traumatic consequences. The goal was to tell an honest story that earns its moments of hope by confronting darkness rather than watering it down.

The voice actor for Mac is nonother than Travis Knight's son Arthur Knight and MY GOD...
The screaming he had to do was so gut-wrenchingly emotional due to the scenarios the baby had to be in that he pulled it off flawlessly. Hearing him scream just breaks you heart.

To be fair.
The animation for that Golden Axe series isn't "terrible" but it's not great, it's Titmouse going by on the bare minimal.
It's the storytelling of that show that feels very insecure.
It's not about the style, it's how you are able to tell the story with it.
