Hey @Fwiz @zainbacchus @0xStoleme - First off, huge congrats on your recent appointments at @cronosnetwork! Excited to see the fresh energy you're bringing to #Cronos as CEO, CPO, and SVP of Growth. The chain's got massive potential, and your backgrounds in tech, DeFi, and growth are a perfect fit. Let's build! 🚀 #CROFam 1/ That said, as a long-time community validator, I wanted to shine a light on the unsung heroes keeping #Cronos secure, fast, and decentralized: us smaller/mid-tier operators who aren't just big names or institutions. We've been here from the start, investing our own time & funds because we truly believe in the ecosystem. 2/ Take my node, #CROnquerorsNode: Running since block height 451 (almost 5 years on March 25th!), with ZERO downtime, never jailed, and a perfect track record. On top of that, for nearly 4 years, I've run a free lottery in partnership with @tedcrypto_ & @Tedlotto_, giving away thousands of $CRO from my own pocket to reward delegators. All to say thanks for their trust and keep the community vibe strong. 🎟️❤️ 3/ We community validators are the real #CROFam backbone - maintaining nodes at personal cost (thousands in cloud fees yearly), ensuring top performance, and fostering decentralization. #Cronos thrives because of this grassroots support, not just the top ranks. 4/ To keep the ecosystem balanced and truly decentralized, it'd be game-changing if @cronosnetwork @cronosapp @crypto_com considered supporting us with delegations from official funds. It'd recognize our contributions, boost security, and show that every validator matters - big or small. What do you think? Let's chat! #CryptoCom #Cronos #CronosChain #CronosPOS
