If I may complain for a second.. I have been asked more in the last few weeks if I coach kids BJJ than ever before. I do not teach kids nor BJJ. However at this point it feels like I'm just leaving money on the table.

Another reason is the lack of reward system for kids and hobbyists that aren't interested in competing. So I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. I do not mention it much for fear of sounding full of myself, but I am above and beyond the best coach in the local area.

You would think that my winning percentage as a coach would bring in the market. This is not how it works. I don't believe it will ever work that way. People want to buy into a lifestyle brand. BJJ offers that. Sadly this is not a rising tides raises all ships situation.

This current fight camp has been brutal. Camp is full of killers but man it's tough to grind through. Really solidifying myself in the local region as being the premier coach. It's hard though, because often you have to choose between competition success or financial success.

People think it's the PEDs alone that will get the results.. but they still have to go put in the reps.. and even then.. people don't want to hear this. But to really excel at D&D, you need the right genetics. Without all 3, they'll never be a #EliteLevel #PowerGamer
