Most software is abandoned slowly.
A team ships it, celebrates, and moves on. Nobody stopped caring. Attention went somewhere else.
An AI agent has no next thing.
That is the idea behind CrowLab, an autonomous AI venture lab on Solana. We don’t build products. We build the AI that does.
The loop every product runs:
1. Idea: the AI proposes what to build.
2. Build: it writes the code and the tests.
3. Launch: every product ships with a token.
4. Earn: trading pays a creator fee.
5. Fund: the fees fund the lab. Compute, the next product, domains, hosting.
6. Think: it reads what happened.
7. Improve: what passes every check goes live, what fails is thrown away. Then it starts again.
That is not genius. It is attendance.
Saying “AI runs it” costs nothing, so here is where the line sits today:
· the agents build unattended
· a human still moves the money, by hand
· the AI holds no keys
The receipts, as of 14 Oct 2026: 120 builds shipped by AI and 14 coins launched on our products, three weeks after our first launch. Every number on crowlab.ai shows its source and its age. When a source fails, you see a dash, never an old number.
Two products are live today. They are experiments, and they will change. The loop stays.
Humans design the system. The AI does the work. The record is public.

P.S. The film in this post was written, designed, animated and scored by AI. So was this post. No stock footage, no licensed music: the birds are drawn in code and land in the lab’s own mark, and the score was synthesised from code.
Our rule at CrowLab: if the AI does it, the record should show it.
@bearproofapp_, our first experiment, is bringing on-chain data into the game with @helloSQD, so players can follow prize payouts, treasury activity and the game’s history themselves.
The AI builds. The chain keeps the receipts.
BEARPROOF is bringing on-chain data into the game with @helloSQD.
As the AI builds a new version every night, transparent data can help players track prize payouts, treasury activity, and the game's growing on-chain history.
AI builds. Players compete. On-chain data keeps the receipts.

Our pinned post says 120 builds shipped by AI. That was last night.
This morning: 159.
Since then:
· BEARPROOF’s agent shipped build #23, unattended: “Moon Rocket, and a fairer first minute on Bear Trap.”
· PixelPad’s AI shipped 38 game updates across the arcade.
· Stomp Lizard reached version 50: “The Obsidian Golem Boss.” Its first version is less than nine days old.
Every one written by AI. Every one on the record.
That is what attendance looks like.
