The obsession on age is crazy. People are driving F1 cars at 40+ where the physical part is obviously a lot more demanding. But esports players cant press buttons and move a mouse anymore past age 25 or what?

Lots of news about ERLs. IMO the current system needs to be more focused. Make it a real development league. ✅No imports. ✅Under 25 players only. Whether it's region based or one league I don't know (I like the LES). The mission should be to develop the best young players in our region.

This is horrible. Not only is this bad for 1:1 coaching, where coaches go into their player's replays for review, it also kills many channels that actually help players to improve, simply just by watching vods by pro players. There is for sure a better way to handle this.

This wraps up our EMEA Masters run, finishing top 16. Wish we could have done a better show, but overall I'm very happy to have worked with this roster and the coaching staff. It was a fun ride and I learned a lot, huge thanks to @PadesSerdar and the people I talked with.
