Another year of teaching done and loads to celebrate. It would be easy to say it was hard and exhausting. It was at times. But the more daring thing to say is that it was great and totally worth it. A break and then another fresh start. Here’s to another year!

Music is invaluable and irreplaceable.
Music is my therapist and my guide. It’s my inner voice and the interpreter of my mind. It’s a connector to my past and a cheerleader for my future. It’s where I go when I don’t know where else to go. It gets me when nothing else does. Music is invaluable and irreplaceable.

Music makes all the difference.
For many young people, the Music Department is school. It’s where they gravitate to. It’s where they discover themselves. It’s where they foster their friendships. It’s where they excel and shine. It’s where they find comfort and understanding. Music makes all the difference.
