1 - Some want to wait for @Cryptopia_NZ unfreeze;
2 - Others don't want to wait.
We discussed it between the team and took a trade-off of launching the markets on 7th Sep 01:00 GMT + 0.
2018/09/01 GMT+00:00 CryptoConst.com will launch the registrations, with closed market due to stuck @Lite_Bitcoin funds on @Cryptopia_NZ.
We hope that @Lite_Bitcoin wallets on @Cryptopia_NZ will be fixed ASAP, to give a fair chance to traders with their full potential.

Work still being done. Yesterday unfortunately wasn’t able to work the whole day. But today already catching back the schedule!
Great news! Mraksoll provided me the most wallets and now I'm finally able to start setting the last things. Now I updated the site to maintenance mode and will start the countdown as only every wallet pass my tests.
