Sad thing: The normal crypto investor is too impatient to understand what Kii does and is not capable of following a 18-minute video.
Good thing: All other people should get really bullish. If companies adopt this product (and the chances are high because they have to find a solution for new regulations), then Kaspa is on a whole new level and the first layer outside of the "casino crypto bubble". Kaspa’s privacy push moves real test coins in a private payment
#Kaspa Privacy Initiative developer Olaf Weller (@WellerOlaf) has run a full private payment test on the TN10 test network. A wallet holding 10 test $KAS privately sent 4 to a second wallet and kept 6 as change, and the receiving wallet got all 4.
The test used four zero-knowledge proofs, math checks that confirm a payment is valid without showing its details, and the network accepted all four settlements. Weller estimates the cost of generating each proof on a rented GPU at about $0.67 and says the network rejected fake payments and attempts to spend the same coins twice.
JUST IN: Kaspa completes testnet proof of concept for private $KAS transactions
Developer Olaf Weller says TN10 tests confirmed transaction ordering, zero-knowledge proof execution and settlement on Layer 1, though the privacy system remains under development and has not been independently audited.
