Lagos should stop petrol tanks from moving during the day.
My sister was on the Otedola Bridge in 2019 when the tanker explosion happened. She was coming back from work. According to her, she had driven past the tanker, and about 10 minutes later, all she heard was GBOOOM! She looked in her rear-view mirror and saw flames everywhere. π
For eight months, she couldnβt drive because of the fear and trauma. Eventually, they had to relocate because she kept having panic attacks.
May God give all the families who lost their loved ones in that terrible incident the strength and fortitude to bear their losses. ππ½
Abeg, something needs to be done about that bridge. How many more lives must be lost before we take road safety seriously?

He died and left with all the money he accumulated as governor of my state
BREAKING: Former Delta Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan Dies At 71
Former Governor of Delta State, His Excellency Dr. Chief Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan, is dead.
He died on the morning of Monday, 19th October, 2026, according to an announcement by his family.
In a statement signed by Toju Anire Uduaghan on behalf of the family, the family said it is "with hearts weighed down by immeasurable grief and profound sorrow that we announce the passing to glory of our beloved Father, Brother, Uncle, and Patriarch."
"His passing has left us devastated. Words can hardly express the depth of our sorrow at the loss of a man who meant so much to our family and whose life and service touched countless others across Delta State and Nigeria," the statement read.
Uduaghan, a medical doctor by profession, served as Commissioner for Health from 1999 to 2003, Secretary to the Delta State Government from 2003 to 2007, and Governor of Delta State from 2007 to 2015.
The family described him as "a source of strength, a father figure, a beloved brother and uncle, and a respected elder," noting that his years in public service demonstrated commitment to human and infrastructural development of Delta State.
The statement added: "His passing is a profound loss to our family, the people of Delta State, and Nigeria at large."
The family prayed for the repose of his soul and for comfort for all who mourn the loss.
He was aged 71.
Politics is everybodyβs business.
The billings I get everyday is crazy. If things were good for many people in Nigeria, I should be able to enjoy the small money I have in my bank account.
When I see people who say it not their business I just laugh because they donβt know what they are doing.
Vote Peter Obi for Better Nigeria.
There is a whole area in Egbeda where I live that their transformer had issue and it going to 2 months now with no electricity.
There are many businesses that rely on electricity that are forced to use generator to generate their own power.
This area is band A.
There is no reason Ikeja Electricity IKDC shouldnβt be able to replace the transformer in a day or two if the whole disco shit works.
I donβt see any valid reason why an area will stay a month plus without electricity because of a simple transformer.
@IkejaElectric is a private company.
