A lot of times drug/placebo is added to be taken around the same time as SOC drugs. Low Risk if a placebo but high benefit if drug? #ctsm

T4 - Sponsor+site+CRO set a realistic expectation around enrollment from the site. And then go from there to achieve that. #ctsm

sometimes it can, but for correlative science bloodwork, a SOP must be followed & sometimes specialty supplies are needed. #ctsm
